I love it's simplicity - even as an entry level employee you can understand how everything works from there! If we need more functionality (which isn't much) then no problem because they keep releasing new features which makes their products ever better & easier for us in our daily work life!! But sometimes when your trying hard but not getting answers/feedback or support at hand time with tickets-it becomes stressful especially if its something small like sending emails etc.-but other than this i've been pleased so far working here!! The only thing would be maybe having some live training sessions available where people actually get hands dirty rather learning through documentation online!
