Today I put on my 14 mile vest for the first time. Be sure to take your measurements and check the size chart. I measured the large size of the small ones and I am very happy that the size M fits me. The snug fit allows for some bounce. I do 9-10 minute long runs and worry about how much it will bounce or straws hit me in the face. Good length straws. There is a small space at the top of the vest to store your straws if they get in the way of your run. The straws had a slight plastic taste. Plenty of room for phone, keys and snacks. I also bought a bladder. Let's not forget how beautiful this vest is. Love it!
