I have tried night guards from several dental labs and have had the best experiences with sweetguards. Their customer service is very responsive and they ask you to email them a picture of your experience first before sending it out. While this is an extra step, it actually saves time if your experience isn't going well. Based on the photo I sent they said I need another cast but they sent me a new cast set quickly with no extra charge. After sending in a good cast, I had a new guard in less than two weeks. The quality is as good as my dentist's and a lot cheaper.
