Perfect for roasting chicken with flavor and juiciness!
I love this beer can roaster! So far I've tried Moscato and wine, beer and mead. Both came out fantastic. I had no idea how juicy and flavorful the chicken is. I usually put a 5 lb chicken in at 350 for an hour and a half and it comes out perfect. I use this roaster once a week. It takes about 5 minutes to clean which is an added bonus!
- Stainless steel beer can chicken (who knows where the can was and what kind of ink might come off if you insist on cooking on an aluminum beer can?)
