As an elderly person with arthritis in my dominant hand, it's important to me to have a handle that's easy to hold to be able to maneuver the vertical cleaner across the floor and change pads without struggling with it. Light 'n' Easy meets all these requirements. And it cleans well too. People who say it leaves streaks come up with a number of reasons, the most common being not replacing the pad when it gets dirty or using detergent in the wash, both of which are easy fixes. . As a side note, if you don't wash more often than you mop I would suggest adding at least 1 pack of 2 pads to your order. There is only one pillow that comes with the device. I disagree with the woman who suggested adding an on/off switch. The more things move, the more likely it is that something will break. Simplicity is key to functionality and makes the price reasonable. Another woman stated that the device would not fit under her closets. I have standard 4 inch high toe boards under my cabinets and Light 'n' Easy clears them leaving 1/2 inch. I gave "Easy to Assemble" only 3 stars because the two-piece handle was difficult for me to assemble due to arthritis. It is easy to assemble for a younger person. Finally, the manual does not contain information on how to drain the water remaining in the tank after completing the task. I drain the tank and leave the lid slightly open to ensure all water drains out of the tank during storage.
