I like that you can easily create multiple surveys with different questions using one template or survey builder tool which is great when there are several people in your team who want to answer similar question types. It's also nice how quickly they reply back if we have any issues. Some of our customers don't always respond so having them follow up via email helps us make sure their request has been received without delay! We've only used this once but hope to use again soon as its very helpful especially during busy periods where responses might be slow otherwise - being able to send out automated reminders really helped get feedback quicker than before too.
