Killed my rats. suitable for homes and living spaces

I think this killed my rats. I gave it a try and put it in ONE of my three rat cages. After two days, all the rats in that cage had died. I haven't had anything like this before or after. The only thing I can fault is the rubbish. I have spoken to other rat owners about this and they have agreed that they will not use it because some of the ingredients in the litter are harmful to rats. Also, the smell was very strong, I didn't want to cover the rat smell with lavender, I was looking for a litter that would absorb the smell.
