Nice quality tableware at a very reasonable price. No burrs or scratches on the parts I received. Also, the individual pieces are a good weight but not too heavy or bulky. My wife didn't like our previous cookware because the pieces were too heavy and thick. For men's hands, however, they were quite suitable. I chose this cookware because of its good looks (beautiful design and strong shine). I also chose it because it is 18/10 stainless steel. Common stainless steel stains from certain acids (e.g. tomato and citrus). Even 18/10 stainless steel does not rust. It is 305 stainless steel with 10% chromium for added rust protection and added shine or shine. Stainless steel that stains, rusts, and loses its luster (gloss) is 304 stainless steel and not chrome plated.
