Helps me sleep better and relieves nerve pain
I've been reading a lot about weighted blankets over the last few years and finally decided on one! I had trouble sleeping and nervous problems. After about a week of use, I'm definitely falling asleep much faster and sleeping through the night. The weight helps kind of squeeze my feet and legs together, and where the nerve tingling is is where it's at its worst. I was worried it would get too hot but it doesn't seem to get any hotter than regular duvets! Definitely recommended.
