I am 5ft 3cm and 110lbs. I bought the youth XL fearing the adult XS would be too big based on other reviewers' comments. I've just received it and haven't tested the water resistance yet (although I think it will work well) but the sizing is perfect and I'm so glad I decided to buy it. The color is soft pink, not evil, and I can't wait for the rain! It's lightweight but baggy enough to be layered over. The front pocket is large and for the price you can't beat it!
