While the Victrola name is trustworthy, I've had other players with trustworthy names that sound tinny and thin. It's hard to find an all-in-one with decent sound quality unless you plan on spending a lot more on components. I had a Jensen all-in-one that never sounded good, even when I switched to external speakers. But this Victrola sounds very good! It has a much rounder, fuller spectrum, I was pleasantly surprised! The natural static of the vinyl also fades into the background, I don't know how they did that but I love it! Thanks for creating an inexpensive, easy to use, standalone system that has everything I need: CD/Cassette/Radio (yes I have Purple Rain on cassette, don't judge me lol!). I love that you can close the lid to keep dust out while playing, the soft needle arm and I love the vintage look of the radio. Full stamps!
