I like how easy it is to navigate through all of the various features available. The support team is also very helpful with any questions you may have. The software does not allow for the ability to export patient information in a format that can be used by other vendors. We have been able to use this software to create new patient profiles, assign them to the correct provider, schedule appointments, and track their status and progress throughout their visit. The ease of use when it comes to filling out forms. It's intuitive and makes patient documentation simple and fast. I like how easy it is to access information when needed. Sometimes I wish there was an option to have a longer window to see my schedule, but that might be a preference thing. There are some things I dislike about this system, but they are minor. I would highly recommend Atlas to any chiropractor looking for a quality software system. It streamlines paperwork and increases efficiency.
