Review on Seagate Expansion 10TB External Hard Drive (STKP10000400) by Jnis ubars ᠌

The disc was bought in the Amazon store on 11/06/2022. The HDD comes pre-formatted with one 10TB exFAT partition. In accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation (for the windows system, use the ntfs format) and to partition the disk into logical disks using windows 10, “disk management” deleted the existing hdd partition, but when I tried to allocate, I found that the unallocated space is 298GB, and the disk itself is defined as Seagate 320. Utilities for working with the HDD, including those from the manufacturer, do not find the rest of the disk area. Ultimately very disappointed with the purchase. Thanks and many thanks to the Seagate support service and employee Hong Kong, who figured out the issue and promptly replaced the device with a new one.
