The terminals appear to properly fit US AWG inch wire. I use both heat shrink tubing and sealant to form a strong and smooth bond when shrinking with a heat gun. The sheet metal from which the tips are stamped is somewhat thin and the width of the annular part of the tip is quite narrow for some diameters of the protrusions. For these reasons I gave it four stars instead of five. In general, however, they work adequately.
