My new connector!

High quality product at a very reasonable price. I run an auto repair shop that handles all types of equipment exposed to harsh weather and rough road conditions. These connectors do a great job of making good strong connections and weatherproofing them.

Good product. So far

I am rewiring a 2009 boat and these connectors play an important role in this project. So far they're going great. Easy to install and shrink. They all seem to have a good amount of glue as only a small amount comes out when shrinking. Only time will tell how waterproof they are. Great product so far.

Good weatherproof connectors

These connectors are very good. I've been using crimp connectors for a long time. I used them to wire up a snow blower that uses a lot of salt and other nasty chemicals that they dump on the streets. I've never had any problems with them. Add dielectric grease to these connectors and you have corrosion-free wiring.

Proper fit for US gauge wire, good value

The terminals appear to properly fit US AWG inch wire. I use both heat shrink tubing and sealant to form a strong and smooth bond when shrinking with a heat gun. The sheet metal from which the tips are stamped is somewhat thin and the width of the annular part of the tip is quite narrow for some diameters of the protrusions. For these reasons I gave it four stars instead of five. In general, however, they work adequately.

Suitable for American wire sizes, good value for money.

The terminals appear to correctly fit US AWG inch gauge wire and are labeled accordingly. and smooth connection when shrinking with a heat gun. The sheet metal from which the projections are stamped is somewhat thin and the width of the annular portion of the projection is quite narrow for some diameters of the projection. For these reasons I gave it four stars instead of five. In general, however, they work adequately.

Good connectors, broken reservoir.

plugs work very well seems good quality. I use them for various connections on a small boat. Shrink tubing closes completely and evenly; I'm sure they will hold up well. They work better than most cheap box store connectors I've tried. I have no problem with the plugs themselves, but the storage box is made of very thin, brittle plastic. Mine arrived completely wrecked and many of the plugs were loose in the bag. Luckily none of them seem to have escaped the plastic bag, but having to go…

A little thicker than others, a little less adhesive than others.

I've tried many of these so had another set from a different brand to compare. The other brand was a little cheaper, but this set had more than just ring connectors; It was an assortment of forks that I never use. I expected another brand to be exactly the same, but these from Haisstronica are different: some sizes are slightly thicker (measured with a micrometer). - As advertised the finish is different, Haisstronica has a matte zinc finish while my others have a light silver finish.
