Poor quality built-in wireless charger. It can't charge my phone through a thin case. Without a case, the phone has to be positioned almost perfectly for charging. After much fiddling with positioning and finding the sweet spot, the device failed to charge my dip overnight. From what I can tell the device charged my Galaxy S9 plus to 100% but then turned itself off for the rest of the night allowing the phone to run out of power without even turning it back on to turn it off. Otherwise, the rest of the device is very nice and very comfortable. There is a model of this brand without wireless charging that should satisfy any potential buyer. However, this model with a wireless charger should be avoided until modified with a viable charger.
