The best part of this software is its ability to connect with external systems like CRM or ERP system for data integration which makes it very useful in day-to-day business operations as well! It also has some really cool features when you are doing due diligence such as sending emails directly from within your project management tool (such as JIRA).

I would say there isn't anything specific about what we dislike but mostly just things related to how easy/difficult certain tasks can be completed using their platform - mainly because they have so many different options available depending upon industry type etc., however if someone was looking specifically at an internal use case then perhaps more customizations may need made by our team member who will set up those integrations between platforms? We've been able solve all issues around managing proposals through these softwares including time tracking & billing processes without any problems whatsoever!!
