I needed to add about 10 million records into my system. It took a long time. When I tried to contact them, I couldn't get any response for over 3 weeks. That was a big red flag for me. I decided to go ahead and try to resolve this myself. After contacting Premier and trying to resolve the issue, I still had no response after 2 weeks. My business partner suggested I contact Customer Service because he had contacted them previously and resolved the issue within 24 hours. So I did. Within 5 minutes, I was connected to someone who helped me find the problem. He helped me resolve the issue. That was great. I have used other services in the past and haven't had that kind of experience.
