The fact that there is no other solution to this situation and that you have to put up with it is the primary difficulty here. Many advantages: The concept of the mouse in and of itself is wonderful; for all of the tasks for which it was designed, it is an ideal tool for me, and I put its capabilities to the fullest possible advantage. There are saved profiles for both Windows and Mac, and each one possesses all of the required functionalities. Many disadvantages: The program, along with everything else that is associated with it, is simply responsible for destroying the overall impression. This can occur at any point in the process: 1. It's possible that scrolling with the mouse won't work at all. 2. Macros are duplicated; some of them may not function at all, while others may do so when combined with those from other profiles. 3. Your total reliance on the application can sometimes work against you; for example, if the G HUB service itself were to become unresponsive, the mouse would simply stop having any of its primary functions. Sometimes it just freezes up and won't open at the worst possible time, and there's nothing you can do to prevent it from happening. 4. Because the memory of the mouse does not contain duplicates of all of the system's features, the mouse cannot be used to its full potential if it does not have its own software. For instance, you may change the audio source that the system uses. And the application itself really stinks in terms of how it operates. I am writing this from the perspective of a user with many years of experience. In the past, when I utilized the G602 with the older software, I did not encounter any issues of this nature.
