I liked that it was user friendly as far as creating projects/portfolio's are concerned which helped in keeping track of my tasks along with their status at all times. Also able to assign resources easily using tags helps me keep an eye over them while they're working away on different task sets hence reducing any risk factors associated with not being aware about each other's progress. It also provides us transparency into our workflow so we don't have to guess what someone else has been doing when you go back later to check something out. Nothing really but minor things like; sometimes there could be a slight delay between your actions vs theirs therefore making it difficult to compare the two if one person does more than another etc. So maybe this goes without saying however having all-inclusive access would help solve some issues regarding time lags however a little bit expensive! Having better visibility into how much effort certain people put forth during specific periods can definitely benefit teams who need accountability within departments and even across companies. I like that it's very easy to use. It has all the capabilities you need as an Enterprise Project Manager. There are many integrations available such as Jira and Asana which makes this system one of our favorites when managing projects internally. Sometimes we have issues using the mobile app but they usually get resolved quickly by contacting support. We love how easy it is to set up new projects and tasks. This helps make sure everyone knows what their responsibilities will be at any given time.
