This bike seat spring can be used as go kart suspension. You can even adjust the "ride feel" after assembly by changing the position of the spring bracket as shown in the assembly instructions under the bike seat. The only downside to this particular spring is the "hump" on the back of the lower spring arm. No problem when used as a saddle spring, but can interfere with adapting the spring to other applications.
