Review on Casio G-Shock Mudman Multiband6 Japanese Model [GW-9300-1JF]: The Ultimate Rugged Timepiece by Ashley Chaney

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It was my favorite watch until I got Mudman (Japanese version)

I would like to start by saying that I am a big fan of Casio watches. I've lost count of how many men I have. I'm currently buying the entire Master of G series, starting with Rangeman. It was my favorite watch until I bought the Mudman (Japanese version). I chose the Japanese version of Mudman mainly because it has a multi-band 6 atomic clock. I've gotten to where I'm spoiled for atomic time. This model also has a carbon fiber strap and now I'm glad I have it. This watch is lighter than the Rangeman. The Rangeman is still a very comfortable watch. For some reason I could never find a resin band that fits me perfectly. Either too tight or too loose. I usually have to modify one of the holes in the strap to get the perfect fit. However, Mudman fits perfectly with no modifications. Not sure if it is carbon fiber strap or watch length between both lugs. It's not as big as the Rangeman in length or thickness. I wish Mudman had quick access to the timer like Rangeman did. I love this feature. However, this does not violate the terms of the contract. I've thought about Frogman but I really feel like it's overpriced. Mudman is affordable, perfect size, perfect weight and good looking. I haven't listed all the specs and features because you can see it in the watch review.
