Not much of an improvement
I've been using the 'regular', cheapest Blistex you can find at any pharmacy for years. I was excited to try their new moisturizing products. I LOVED Blistex Ultra-Rich Moisturizing Two-Layer Balm $5 each - worth every penny - my lips smoothed out and it lasted - I didn't notice or care about the taste or smell. But then it disappeared from stores and online! So I was forced to try this product - sorry this is a buddy compared to Double Balm. Oh, it'll help your chapped lips, but it's nothing special. I return to the old Blistex in a deep turquoise tube.
