Just trying to flip a pancake is impossible. I have a gas range and the bottom of this pan does NOT stay/stick to the burner grate. Yes, I have two hands, but in the last 30 years I've never had to use both hands to flip a pancake. I used to have a T-Fal pan and it was great (wish I never broke it). The non-stick surface is nice, but what difference does it make when the pan slides off the stove and tries to flip the pancake. This is the main use of this pan for making pancakes. The skillet is $40 so I figured it might be good. I plan to return it as soon as possible.
