I love how easy it was for me as customer or trainer who have no coding knowledge at all! It's very intuitive so anyone can learn quickly without any technical background needed which helps us with our growth team in India where we don't always get enough resources but also not able pay big salaries either due lack of skillset within my country itself - hence having this service from outside makes life easier especially when you need someone else managing your platform long term!! Customer support has been excellent through out process though they do seem slow sometimes compared what other tech giants would be like if there were issues- just needs time before everything works perfectly again however great experience overall once setup correctly.-.
