We received our AURXIOVO food processor last week and tested it last weekend to ensure it's a superior product that does what it says on the tin! Product details offer light weight, 6 speeds, compactness and versatility. We are pleased to report that these attributes match the description. We decided to make a cheesecake when we first started the stand mixer. See comments below: - Stand mixer is very light weight and easy to set up - Deep stainless steel mixing bowl - very handy when mixing flour, cream etc as they don't spill around the bowl or spill - Slanted head - this was very useful for mixing the Remove bowl and add more cheesecake ingredients. - The locking position of the mixing bowl is a handy feature that allows you to lock the bowl while mixing ingredients. - Of all the attachments, I personally liked the gray mixing stick as it mixes the batter evenly and helps to cut the mixture very well when adding other ingredients. Finally a 6 speed mixing option. This setting is useful when cutting ingredients slowly to ensure an even folding process. The blender is also pretty quiet so you can have a conversation while cooking (who doesn't like that). While we haven't had a chance to use a food processor yet, I think it would be nothing short of wonderful. as well as the standard mixing function. The kitchen helper version is very bulky and heavy, the AURXIOVO is very easy to move and installs in minutes without the need for a bodybuilder to set it up. There are also suction cups on the legs that keep this lightweight yet durable machine stable. Overall we are very happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next stand mixer!
