Excellent quality food that my dog does not like

My dog is very picky about food. She is a Cockapoo/Shih Tzu/Schnauzer mix, about 25 pounds, 4 years old and has never been motivated by food. I love the quality ingredients in this food and the fact that it's approved by Lucky Dog's show animal trainer, Brandon McMillan. I have read other reviews on here that picky dog owners get lucky with this food but unfortunately I still have to use toppers to encourage my dog to eat. I usually use toppers like canned green beans, a sprinkling of organic cold-pressed coconut oil, and sometimes 100% canned squash when the season is in season, which usually suffices. My dog ate several varieties of Wellness Core Grain Free Dry Dog. Food (which I also needed a topper for) since she was a puppy, but I've read recently that it's a good idea to switch between different types of food from time to time to make sure she's getting all the nutrients she needs needs, and to avoid problems that may arise. can be caused by repeated consumption of the same (possibly inferior) food. Overall I'm very happy with the quality of the food but still disappointed that she doesn't eat it on her own without a topper. The flattened pieces of food make the bowl fuller compared to the larger spherical dog food she is used to. Since small pieces of food fill the measuring cup more compactly, I'd assume she'd eat that food a lot quicker than a larger one - just another thought to keep in mind.
