A year ago I would have given this place 4 stars. Now I would give one star. Here's why: - There were connection problems from the start. It connects perfectly to the wireless network in our house, but it must have very low latency because I have to reconnect it to the wifi between each print job, even if it was just a few minutes. It's so tedious to manually re-enter the WiFi password every few minutes. - ink. It soaks up ink so quickly that I feel I should have a supply of Epson ink. I was worried about wasting so many cartridges (it's so bad for the environment) and so much money, so I used certified refilled cartridges. That was before I knew that the manufacturer only recommends using new cartridges. In fact, an alert will appear when the printer detects that you are not using a new cartridge and will log the information when the printer fails. irreparable. Epson brand ink and Epson brand cartridge broke my Epson printer. It no longer prints correctly even with four full cartridges. Such a lavish design. I'm throwing this thing around looking for a more sustainable printer that allows for refillable cartridges.
