Decent but definitely was used not new!
I guess I should have taken a video when I unpacked this one,I noticed it was packaged very different than the others,First of all the static was bad and the hair was all tangled because all three clips were left open,It was obvious that this hairpiece wasA return and had been worn and used,So disappointing, I will keep it but I am going to spray it with lice killing spray to be safe.
