Buy this before you go. It came loose while driving but I just reattached it when it came loose. In the meantime it worked great! A few days after I got home from vacation, I received an email from the company asking if I was happy with my product. They stated that they had other complaints about the parting of the product and wanted to offer me a new improved version if I was about to have it. Problem. I told them that yes I had the same problem. A few days later I had a new updated version on my doorstep! Wow! That's customer service. I have never contacted the company myself. The new improved version stays connected all the time. Holds up really well! I love it.
