Nose screw very short and oversized Like 22 sizes

I twist silver all the time when I make jewelry. That is very nice. I would love it if it was really 20 gauge and long enough for an adult piercing. If you have incredibly thin cartilage, be sure to order this. That is very nice. I'll have to try smoothing it out with my jewelry tools and I doubt it's long enough to keep the curve fitting.
