So the first thing I would like to say is that the product itself is great. I was able to complete the entire workout and had enough energy to probably do it again. What amazed me about the product is the taste because it speaks of its sour berry. However, the product is very sweet and does not taste like sour berries. The taste of this product reminds me of Kegel. Another thing to note is that while I had plenty of energy, I wasn't getting the pre-workout pump I was expecting. As if I hadn't seen the increase in my muscles. Despite all of that, this is still a great workout product when you're training long and need energy.
