Great radios for portable AV

I've been using Ciscor nurse call services for 20 years and Kenwood radios are $500 per radio. These radios work great for a fraction of the price. I sent them in to be programmed and no one could, so I programmed them myself. I watched all the videos on YouTube and the end process was similar but not the same as shown. The key to programming is to download the cable driver from the CD and then you need to download the programming program from the retevis website in the support section. Unzip it and it's easy once you know the frequency and encryption your system is running.
