I have very sensitive armpit skin. I can't even shave or wax without getting a terrible rash. (I handle hair removal.) This deodorant caused no sensitivity, rash or itching. It is truly odorless when worn. If you sniff the stick directly, you will notice a slight odor of the ingredients, but you have to put a lot of effort and it won't show on your skin. I only get about 3 hours of odor protection from this deodorant and honestly I'm not even sure if it's a deodorant or it would take that long for me to start smelling anyway. This time estimate is based on sitting at a computer desk in an air-conditioned home. I wasn't brave enough to try it on a hot day. It may be due to my personal body chemistry as I'm pretty "strong" without deodorant. If you don't struggle with strong odor, this can still help you. I've found that things like deodorant, toothpaste, and skin care products in general are all about how your body's chemistry interacts with the product. Unfortunately, my body chemistry and this deodorant did not harmonize. Good luck to all my brothers trying to find non toxic personal care. It's also quite thick plastic packaging.
