Had to cut pipe that was welded very close to a frame and my regular 1/2" brand rib tool has a long lead to cut it right on the to hold pipe. , and wouldn't fit in the limited space, so I bought this. It worked fine but you need to make sure you start it properly as it has no input. The bottom line is I used it to get the job done and it's still in good condition.
