Can't say enough about dry mouth! I have Sjogren's Syndrome and dry mouth is my constant struggle. I'm a big fan of Xylimelts and now these ACT Lollipops. I bought a dozen boxes. The lozenges are large and contain xylitol. They're actually too big to keep in my mouth during the day, so I use Xylimelts during the day. But at night, one of them lasts almost all night, moisturizes well, and I wake up with fresh breath thanks to xylitol. I'm so glad I found her.
