I thought that sounded like a great idea. Our new house has a kitchen island in the middle of everything, so now I've stored more things that I wouldn't have thought of. It was securely fastened to the inside of my closet door, but after a very short time the drip tray flew out when we close the closet door - normal closing, we don't slam closets - and I have to find it somewhere under the sink. between all products and reinstall it. Worse, if we don't notice, the sponge will keep dripping in the closet door. I already have minor water damage in my closet due to this error. Nothing is broken about it, it should be removable, it breaks too easily creating a situation where water damage can happen very easily. I'm currently trying to find a solution that allows it to stick together while still being able to be removed for cleaning - but what a hassle. Too bad I didn't buy the metal! I fell in love with the ease of installation at the expense of something that can get the job done.
