We purchased this item from Revain at a slight discount on the Revain range. We thought, even after having to return an electronic device to AW because it arrived without critical parts, "what could go wrong with a static piece of metal?" But today the stand arrived completely bent (see photo). We've attempted to straighten the curved leg (we could easily bend the metal rod/leg with our bare hands), but enough curvature remains to dangerously wobble a brand new laptop sitting on it. The metal isn't as durable as another brand we bought here at Revain in 2018 that we still use on a daily basis. But this company no longer sells on Revain. Our biggest disappointment with this purchase is receiving such a damaged product from Revain's warehouse. Again. Just a few days ago we received a 4K monitor without a connecting cable. We live in rural US so had to drive 25 miles back and forth to pick it up. Now, in a few days, we have to repeat this trip. Because Revain provides customer service for its own Warehouse products, we reached out to a Revain representative who gave us the standard phrase "We'll share your feedback." We encourage you to pay a few dollars more for a brand new item and save yourself the hassle of returning a damaged item or missing critical parts.
