Review on Thermos Foogo 10-Ounce Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Food Jar, Watermelon/Green by Jennifer Anderson

Very happy with this thermos. I bought this for my daughter to take home made lunch to school. So far this has worked well. The standout plus is that it definitely keeps food hot for up to 5 hours as it claims. My daughter claims her food is so warm she has to blow on each bite before eating. For reference, I pack her lunch around 7 a.m. and she has lunch at 11:40 a.m. It also never leaked and we used it at least 30 times. And that's not easy for first graders with their lunch boxes! I saw my daughter literally throw her thermos lunch box in the lunch cart. No leaks! The only major downside I've noticed so far is that the vacuum packaging is so strong that small children cannot open the container on their own. I still think it's worth it because it means the thermos holds heat, but be aware that most of the time kids will need help opening it.
