So I just received the cup today. I ordered my mom as a gift from the kids. and I'm pretty annoyed. The cup arrived in tiny little powdery bits of what used to be a mug. Which is annoying from the start. But looking at the parts of the mug that were big enough for me to see the drawing, I'm a little bit glad we were able to send it back. I probably won't get a replacement because the cup itself is pretty small. I expected something more. and not broken. The box itself was not worn, damaged or anything like that. So. I don't know how the cup broke like that. especially considering the mug itself was wrapped in bubble wrap. and there were other little packaging bubbles around THIS box. Didn't impress.
