Review on π Suzy West California Sunshine Embossing Powder 15ml by Kelsey Brown
Doesn't get smooth or shiny
I really like this color and it has an interesting texture if you want something different (rough and bumpy) but most of my embossing powders get smooth and shiny when used be melted, which I prefer. I've tried several different pigment inks as well as watermarked pads and I just don't care about the texture you get with them.
