I am very happy with the purchase. The back pocket offers space for a 1.5 liter tank and enough space for a light long-sleeved shirt. An additional elastic back pocket offers space for gloves or a light wind/rain jacket. The front pockets offer space for an additional 0.5 liter water bottle, a smartphone, 5 or 6 energy gels, a patch, a whistle. If you like to go lightweight/minimalist then this pack is for you. I've used it for half marathons in comfort. Adjustable side straps and front straps help me fit snugly to my body. I suspect that adjusting a runner's straps allows for a good fit, but I have no personal experience with this.
