So I bought this say a couple months ago. All I had to do to get it set up was plug it in, then install the driver. All I did was go to their website, select the model, then download and install it. After that all I did was configure the added display, and it was ready to use.The screen has some pretty bad ghosting. Though, that doesn't really matter very much for what it's used for.After about 2 months I noticed a little black speck below the screen, but above the pixels. If you aren't actively looking for it with a solid color background, you can't even tell it's there. I assume it was a problem in the manufacturing process.I emailed their customer service about it, and they responded in less than a day. They asked for a video of it, so I sent one. Soon after they offered partial compensation of $40 because shipping would cost to much to return and get another, which was way more than I needed, considering it was a black spot the size of a pixel.tl;drits good but had a little problem so they gave me money
