Materials look ok although the size is a bit small for a full size truck. I'm not sure if it was supposed to come with brackets, but mine didn't, and that's what it shows in the window. I really wish he would provide them because it would keep the cargo bag from slipping. For what you are paying I think it is a fair price as there is no competition as far as I know but there is definitely something to have on your pickup. .
