UPDATE: Customer Service Changes. Very nice and helpful. IMMEDIATELY addressed my problem and fixed it. Bought in Revan. Received on 11/30. Defect on 23.12. My data including photo sent to customer service on January 3rd. Cork Genius replied on January 11th. I have sent additional information including a copy of my Revain purchase invoice with an order number and another picture. Cork Genius replied on January 13th and said someone would contact me. It's February 5th and there's nothing from Cork Genius. Your guarantee sounds good. But if they don't really care about their customers, it's useless. All in all, I absolutely do NOT recommend this product. Don't waste money on empty promises.
