Lovely comfortable first official pair of English riding boots for our 13 year old. Coped well with the lessons and didn't get her calves pinched between the saddle like her old boots did (they were Tough Rider calf boots. She's outgrown them physically and in ability). The boots fit her calves perfectly, didn't need to be stretched and she has pretty decent calf muscles. Very happy with looks and quality. She plans to ride in them and only show up in them, transforming into lots of hunting boots and potholders.
