The ability to send out reminders of membership expiration dates is great! I also like that when members renew their membership they can have it automatically sent through at no additional cost by adding an option with our provider. It's easy enough to add new members without having to go in manually each time. This makes life easier especially if you are not there all day every day. I wish we could use this system from home as well but so far haven't been able to find any way to do this yet. We've actually had several people call us about being unable to get into their account or other issues related to logging into the website. If someone has never used this before it may be confusing since everything seems different than what most users would expect. Just try using it once and see how simple it really is. Sending reminder emails to members who need them.
