This charger has lasted less than a week since purchase. When it stopped working it was plugged into my phone overnight and must have failed somehow as it was affecting the sound and volume on my phone. I hardly hear his call or the alarms when they go off. It also took an absurd amount of time to "chat" with a customer service rep about wanting a replacement or refund for an item and that was over a week ago and the replacement still hadn't been dispatched. I have used Amazon cables before with minor issues but this one was awful and destroyed my perfectly working phone.
