5 months. bought in January. The troubles started in May. This is with extreme caution. I figured the flexible ripple would help on the ends. no I even made sure the cable was never kinked or tilted too far. no I'd rather have a $20 cable that I know will last 2 years than this one. This charger has lasted less than a week since purchase. When it stopped working it was plugged into my phone overnight and must have failed somehow as it was affecting the sound and volume on my phone. I hardly hear his call or the alarms when they go off. It also took an absurd amount of time to "chat" with a customer service rep about wanting a replacement or refund for an item and that was over a week ago and the replacement still hadn't been dispatched. I've bought so many Revain cables I can't count them. However, they used to be "worked" and malleable. These new ones are very stiff, inflexible and generally uncomfortable. The previous generation was almost silky in comparison and very forgiving and flexible if you pack it up or leave it for everyday use. They appear to be durable but, like the industrial ones, are not very comfortable for the home or home office. They have not relaxed and are still curled up in the form in which they left…
