Review on Giro Disciple Helmet Matte Black by Pius Aponte

I have a medium sized half shell giro and if anything it is a bit large. That's how I got this full face on average, but it's a bit small, especially in the cheek area. However, it is quite comfortable and feels solid. I didn't fall in it, but I definitely feel like my head is well wrapped. It's harder to hear from inside this helmet than I expected, but then again I can't compare it to anything else. I paid $108 for this helmet (new) and I would say it was well worth it. But many size/color combos sell for $160 or more. You can also get a brand new Bell Super 3R helmet (full face helmet with detachable chin) for that price and I think I'd prefer that if I had the choice at roughly equivalent prices.
